One line, two VFFS packaging machines, and universal palletizing without the need for conversion.

The feed packaging line combines two Viking Masek vertical packaging machines – the S250 for smaller bags intended for subsequent cartoning and the S650 for larger packages that go directly onto pallets. Both bag makers support the use of sustainable mono-materials, which meets modern environmental standards.

A key advantage of the line is its flexible palletizing unit, which can handle both cartons and large-volume bags without the need for mechanical changes or readjustments. It also includes a cartoning section with an automatic loader and adhesive tape sealing, which ensures smooth operation.

The result is a versatile and efficient solution capable of handling different packaging formats in a single compact production flow.
