High-capacity packaging of cereals in pillow bags and cartons is an efficient solution.

Higher production volume and consistent batch weight in each bag. Smooth flow from filling the mixture to a closed carton ready for shipment.

The packaging line for packaging cereals in pillow bags uses the S400 vertical packaging machine in combination with combination weighers. The LOM unit handles the bags and ensures their correct orientation for further processing. The output is connected to a CAM-C side-load cartoning machine, which automatically loads the bags into cartons and seals them with hot glue. The entire solution is designed for high capacity, smooth operation, and minimal downtime.
